This year our annual dance recital will be held at Bishop McVinney Auditorium, 43 Dave Gavitt Way, Providence, RI 02903

We will have two shows on Sunday, May 25th at 12PM and 4PM.

Tickets to the recital will be open for purchase on Friday, May 9th at 10AM ET.

Families will receive an email one week prior to ticket day with the ticket information as a reminder.

Children 5 years of age and younger may sit on an adult’s lap for free.

**If your child is scheduled for BOTH show times, you will only need to purchase tickets for ONE

show. However, to ensure tickets are reserved for the second show, you must contact Miss Val to coordinate seats PRIOR to ticket day**

Each dancer should arrive with hair & makeup done and their first costume on!

If your child is in a ballet class, their ballet dance will be first!

Hair should be slicked back with a mid level bun. Make sure hair is sprayed and tightly secured prior to your arrival at the theatre. No fly-aways please!

Please have your child use the restroom prior to sending them backstage.

In addition to all costumes and shoes, a laundry basket should be brought with each dancer. This will allow all costumes to stay centrally located.

Please write your child’s name in all shoes and costume tags.

* Makeup for our youngest dancers is always optional and never required!

* Pre-Professional Team should stick with their competition stage makeup.

No jewelry, nail polish or temporary tattoos**

All accessories and shoes should be sent backstage with each dancers’ costume and a laundry basket. This allows us to throw each child’s belongings into their basket.

Be sure to send a spill proof water bottle as well!!!

The show order will be emailed out one week before the show.

We will have the QR code available throughout the venue for you to scan prior to each performance - 12PM & 4PM

All dancers should arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled showtime. Please give yourself enough time to find parking.

There will be no intermission during this year’s shows, so once your dancer is backstage, they will remain there throughout the entire show.

Street parking is both legal and encouraged on Dave Gavitt Way.

Once your child is in their dressing room, all parents/guardians should find their assigned seating for the show. We have plenty of help backstage to assist with costume changes.

The auditorium will have snacks and drinks for purchase at each show.
